TYPE OF FILES
SVG stands for Scalable Vector Graphic. (Also known as a digital cut file.) SVGs are most commonly used with the Cricut and Silhouette cutting machines.

JPG Files are a normal picture file that can be printed on any printer or simply saved to share.

Directions
Print/Cut 2 for each box. Paste pieces together as shown in PDF Files. Score ond fold the center square. Bring handle pieces to meet together of the top. Bring each of the slotted sides up over the handle.
These little keepsake boxes are adorable for Easter. I made these BEFORE I had my Cricut. I printed the background (I stole off the internet) on my cardstock, then just traced the PDF Pattern on it and cut it out. Fold and add a bow.
Add Embellishments. For this one I made a simple Pom Pom Bunny and glued him to the side. Make sure when you are adding embellishments that you can still open and close the box.

For these you need the plastic ornaments that open up so you can fill them. Each dispenser only needs 1/2 of the ornament. We filled them with Conversation Hearts but you could use M&Ms or any small candy
These are set up for clear plastic ornaments that are 3.14 Inches. If a different size is used you will need to adjust the dimensions so it will fit.

Silhouettes here were cut on a Cricut and used as a stencil. See Our Crafty Fun Cuts Vinyl Page for Step by Step Instructions for cutting vinyl.
TIP: Decorated Candy Jars are great Gifts or Party Prizes, however filling them all the way can be costly. Wrap an empty Toilet Paper Roll with aluminum foil and place in the center of the jar and place the candy around it. This is great for smaller candies like M&M's. Jar appears to be full and so does wallet.

Use Vinyl as a Stencil
Wood Burning Marker Pen
Simply write on your unfinished wooden surface and heat with a heat gun. Your project will look like it was done with a wood burner.

Make a stencil out of vinyl.
Weed out the parts you want to appear burnt. Apply the stencil to your wood. Use the Wood Burning Marker Pen to color it in. (2 coats) Remove the vinyl and heat with a heat gun.
