Pumpkins are the bright orange pumpkins you find at Dollar Tree. (Emphasis on BRIGHT!) I toned them down with a darker orange paint, dry brushed them with some brown paint in the crevices and covered them with Mod Podge

Mason and Glass Jars
Fall Scarecrows Boy and Girl
I painted a glass jar (Mason Jar) and then glued rafia to the lid (Lids on these are not removable but if you were careful they could be). Eyes and nose are made from felt. The mouth and stitch lines are done with a marker.
Decorate Mason Jars with paint, twine, burlap, whatever you have to make a one of a kind vase
Turkey Leaf Candle Jar
I decoupaged leaves onto a glass jar in a fan shape. The turkey is made from felt and googley eyes
Leaf Candle Holder
I decoupaged leaves unto a jar and covered with crystal glitter sprinkles. I added some twine around the top of the jar.
Games and Activities
Rather then have everyone go around the table and tell WHAT they are thankful for, let EVERYONE feel loved and appreciated.
I am Thankful…for YOU ! - Have each person at the table tell something that they think is great about each of the others. If you have a really large group, have them just say something great about the person on their left.
Preserve the Memories
This one goes on throughout the party.
These days everyone has a cell phone with a camera. Give everyone a list of things/people to take pictures of. Examples: Someone eating, someone laughing, the dog, someone playing a game, someone watching TV, their favorite dish, their plate. At the end of the party download all the pics and give all who participated a small token. Make a disc of ALL the pics and give them out at Christmas.
Thankful Tree
Print out the PDF File on fall colored stock paper and cut out. Everyday have everyone write on them what they are thankful for or give everyone their own color and have them make several.
Guess How Many Candies in the Jar
Have your guests guess how many candies are in the jar. The winner gets to keep the jar.
Turkey candy jar is made from felt glued to a glass jar.
Top hat is black felt glued around a pool noodle I used as a base.
